Apartment

The apartment was totally renovated in the summer of 2006. You can rent the appartment in three different variants.

Variant 1: 115 sqm from 6 to 10 people

 Entrance with a cloak room, WC, shower/bath with 2 wash basins, bedroom with 2 single beds, bedroom with a double bed (180 cm) and a single bed, kitchen with dining area, living room with couch and dining area, bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and a single bed, bathroom with a shower and incl. WC. In front of the 3rd bed room and the living room you will find the terrace.

Variant 2: 95 sqm from 2 to 6 people

Entrance with a cloak-room, WC, shower/bath with 2 wash basins, a bed room with
2 single beds, a bed room with a double bed (180 cm) and a single bed, a kitchen with dining area, living room with a couch and dining area. In front of the livingroom there is also a terrace.

Variant 3: 20 sqm from 1 to 2 people

If guests don't want the whole appartment we rent out this variant 3 however it is only available as a "last-minute-booking". You will find a separate entrance with a little hall, a bedroom and a shower/bath incl. WC. There is no kitchen but table ware and cutlery are available. There is also a microwave, refrigerator, coffee-percolator, electric water heater and sat-tv. If you need a small table please ask for it. The room is separated from the big appartment through a doubledoor.

We are a "non-smoker-house" all year round. Smokers will find an ashtray on the terrace.
